How to contact us
We're always happy to hear from our customers! We are a small company that prides itself in offering great gear and great service to our customers. Like any small company, however, we must do the best with what we have and since the same people who help you with product questions also pack your shipment we naturally rely primarily on efficient web-based services like e-mail and Live Chat. We’ve found that most of our customers would rather receive a prompt email than wait for a call back or get frustrated with automated voice response systems. And, since you are shopping on the web, after all, we’re guessing that you don’t think this is a big deal either. We’re committed to answering your emails within a couple of hours although most are answered in near real time. If however, we somehow miss your note or don’t receive it (it IS email after all) fire off another note to us…and we’ll jump on it. Don’t want to use email? No problem….we have Live Chat available during normal business answer to help you with just about anything you may need. Our Live Chat is staffed by the same folks who do everything else (not some overseas call center) so you can be sure they will know what is going and be able to help. Need specifics….here you go:

Detailed Product Questions: The Outfitter is standing by to answer your most detailed questions about products covering anything from complex rack fit questions to simply questions about color options. Order Status: Email orders with your order status question and we will be happy to respond. Emails to ‘Orders’ receive extra special attention internally so you can be sure that the alarm bells will ring and someone will be jumping on getting you a response as rapid as humanly possible.
