An updated F-Lite™ 230 featuring an injected EVA midsole for increased cushioning and memory retention. The Flite 240 took many of the popular features from the Flite 230's and 195's and upgraded them with rope climbing tech, improvements to the sole, outer and toe portion of the shoe. Reinforcement on the medial and lateral sections of the sole increases protection for climbing ropes. Great for everyday fun and Crossfit! A super lightweight and comfortable shoe to wear in the gym and out on the town!
