The Atlas 12 series snowshoes are the go-getter, do all snowshoe ready
to handle anything between the trailhead and the summit. Like the other
snowshoes in their line these use the same great Wrapp Pro bindings but
these feature
FlowTape silicone straps that glide through low-friction buckles with
a smooth buckle release for easy on-off use. They also use a nicer 7075
aluminum frame for lighter weight and stronger tubing, and also use
variable ReactiV
forming which gives these snowshoes a stiffer, more responsive flex.
Extensive biomechanics research led to the development of our Elektra
women's frame, with outside rolling bends, a narrower waist, and a
tapered tail that refuse to compromise on a women's natural stance and
gait. Also, with the Spring-Loaded
Suspension you get deeper penetration of the toe crampon while the
Advanced Aft Traction gives you sure footed feel on any type of terrain.
The 12 series is Atlas' top of the line snowshoes, so when you're ready
to play in some real snow you know what tool you need in your arsenal.
