TruVativ HammerSchmidt Cranksets combine all the benefits of a single-ring crank, a double-ring crank and a chain guide. Available in All Mountain and Freeride.
- Combines all the benefits of a single-ring crank, a double-ring crank and a chain guide
- Sun and planetary gear system inside the spider provides 1.6:1 overdrive ratio for the approximate equivalent of 22/36-tooth or 24/38-tooth gearing
- Shift instantly while pedaling under load, while stopped or while coasting
- Compatible with HammerSchmidt X.0 or X.9 front shifter (LD2100 or LD2101) or SRAM 2x10 front shifter
- Compatible with 1/8", 7-8-9- or 10-speed chains
- Can only be installed on a frame with ISCG-03 or -05 tabs
- Chainguide tabs and BB shell must be faced and be flush with each other
- Comes with 22- and 24-tooth chainrings
- Arms are forged AL-7050, freeride model has more material for increased impact resistance
