SRAM's GXP Team Ceramic BlackBox bottom bracket cup system is designed for use with SRAM and Truvativ cranks. This model differs from the GXP model in that the bearings are top grade ceramics, allowing for a smoother ride with less friction and wear than normal bearings. The Ceramic BlackBox version also has shorter threads for lighter weight.
The GXP Team Creamic BlackBox Bottom Bracket transfers radial power loads to the drive side bearings, allowing for minimal wear on the bearings. English or Italian threading. 105 grams.
