These were the best priced gaiters that I could find on the internet. You pay for what you get. You have to be quite flexible to tie the strings at the bottom, after this gymnastic manuver you then have to tie the strings behind your calves to keep them from falling down. I had to get my teammates to tie them up for me and after a while I said forget it. They did keep debris and things out of my shoe but I should have spent 3-4 more dollars and got something worth keeping.
